Villa Pina lays on the top of Sorrento hills at about 300 meters above sea, in a peaceful area near Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, an unspoiled landscape of green, citrus and olive groves in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula with amazing Sea views overlooking the entire Gulf of Salerno.

From the East side where you will see the Amalfi coast with the mountain and several delicious little town, built on rocky ridges along the coast as Positano and Praiano. To the west and south side you will be immersed in the view of the astonishing Baia of Nerano with Li Galli islands.

This rental villa is spread on different levels and it is ideal for holidays throughout the year.
The main access to the property is from the upper part, where you have the parking area, good for two cars. Other cars can be easily parked along the road.

The indoors are composed by a main building on 2 floors and by a dependence.
Every unit of the rental villa is surrounded by terraces and blooming gardens overlooking the sea and the coast.

On the ground floor a large open space with two luxury sofas, comfortable chairs, Flat TV, stereo and PC facilities for music listening and relax. The living room has also a fireplace, located in front of a panoramic windows to enjoy romantic moments or readings. The dining area is equipped by an 18th century English style dinner table for 8/10 people. Next to the dining area there is a very well equipped separate kitchen is located. The kitchen is furnished in a rustic style of the Amalfi coast as a typical familiar kitchen! A service bathroom is also located on this floor.

On the upper floor of the main house there are 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 single).
Room 1 - This double room has a comfortable Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom with bathtub and a panoramic terrace.
Room 2 - This double room has a King size bed, TV and  panoramic terrace. The bathroom is located just outside the room.
Room 3 - This double room has a King size bed with panoramic window and private bathroom.
Room 4 - This single room has a French sized bed, TV and a panoramic window. The bathroom is located just outside the room. (An extractable bed is also available in on request).

A widest and panoramic terrace runs around the main house, there take place a pergola shaded by a lush climber vine.
This terrace has a table decorated with hand made tiles in Vietri style where you can have al fresco dinners or a breakfast facing on the amazing view of Nerano Bay and Gulf of Salerno.
On the other side there are two lounge areas with 2 comfortable sofa and an armchair where you can admire a fantastic sunset Chilling a cocktail and appetizers at sunset or just after dinner in a moony night.

The dependence is located on a lower level and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living space.

Outside the villa there are a wide grass space and a large panoramic terrace. All the furniture is made of stylish wrought iron. Going down there is the solarium and the swimming pool. Olive trees, bougainvillea and Mediterranean plants so to guarantee the maximum privacy in a pleasant ambiance surround all the area.

The pool area is on two levels.
The upper level comprises a living area with sofa, a cocktail bar, a kitchenette and a lunch area.
The lower level comprises the pool itself and the solarium equipped with sun beds. A dressing room and a bathroom with shower is also available in this area.
