VILLA MARGHERITA

Situated on a hillside on the more tranquil side of the island in Anacapri, Villa Margherita is encircled by breathtaking scenery. With views of Monte Solaro and the ocean, this opulent home is the ideal retreat for anyone looking for total seclusion and leisure in one of Capri's most picturesque settings. Six double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms distributed over two floors of Villa Margherita, recently restored with a classic yet modern approach, may accommodate up to twelve guests.

With a peaceful ambiance and stunning views of the ocean, the villa features a spacious patio with a pool (available from 2024), cozy sun loungers, roomy parasols, and a five-person hot tub. Go out and discover everything the area has to offer after you have refueled. For people who enjoy sunbathing and exploring enchanted locations, the neighboring beaches are great destinations. There's a park with holm oaks, carobs, olive trees, and other Mediterranean-type vegetation all around the villa.

A set of steps leads from the reception room to the light-filled living area, which features a 77-inch satellite TV, a sofa with two cozy benches, and a fireplace. Five separate tables in the dining area can be connected to create one magnificent table. The light-filled living area with its contemporary decor opens up into a cozy living room (from 2024) complete with two huge French doors that lead to the expansive outdoor terrace, a large sofa with lots of seats, and a satellite TV.

The villa's tasteful, minimalist furnishings include a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences required for a comfortable stay as well as a convenient wine cellar that may be used to keep a small collection of wines. The villa has six double bedrooms divided over two floors, with two bedrooms on the lower level and four bedrooms on the upper floor, which also houses the common areas. Its modern design incorporates a hint of seaside romance.

Except for one room on the upper floor, which includes a tub, every bedroom has an en suite shower facility. The two bedrooms on the lower floor open onto a patio with views of the sea. Every room has air conditioning, with the exception of the restrooms. It is a centralized summer and winter air conditioning system with fixed floor or wall-mounted units that may be individually controlled in each room. An exterior staircase connects the two stories to one another.

For those with limited mobility, the villa also has a stairlift. Note that the living room fireplace is decorative only, and cannot be utilized. Please note that there is a butler/caretaker's quarters on the bottom floor, adjacent to a bedroom. This person is in charge of the villa's everyday cleaning. Additionally, this person provides daytime and nighttime help to guests. This person is on call in case of emergencies during the night.
