VILLA PONENTE

Situated on 3000 square meters of land that drops off to a 10-meter-tall cliff with a view of the sea, is Villa Ponente. The entire region is covered in agaves, pines, oaks, geraniums, and other typical Mediterranean plants. You can reach three fantastic terraces with fantastic views of the Argentario and the sea by descending a short stairway from the parking area. In summer, three sizable circular terraces are furnished with chairs and a table for dining al fresco. A short flight of stairs descends to a spacious solarium featuring an infinity pool and a further forty steps that provide direct access to the sea. A cozy platform along the shoreline for swimming and sunbathing.

Situated on a cliff, the expansive 350 square meter property offers an amazing sweeping view that stretches from Feniglia beach to Argentario Mount and the Latium Coast.

There are two levels to the late 1960s villa. Warm lighting is provided by wide, well-lit French windows, white sidewalks, ethnic and modern furnishings, modern paintings, and cozy sofas.

The ground floor of the property has a spacious living room with a stunning view of the sea, a dining room that can seat twelve people comfortably, a huge kitchen with a patio outside, a service bedroom, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with shower).
There are twenty steps that lead to the second level (not to mention the amazing view of the outside world from a big window in the hallway, which is a sight to behold).
Here are the accommodations: a master bedroom with a view and an en suite shower bathroom; twin and double bedrooms sharing a shower bathroom (both bedrooms have independent access to a cool, shaded section of the villa's garden); a double bedroom with an en suite shower bathroom and a small panoramic terrace. The living room and every bedroom have air conditioning.

There is a small independent-access dependent in the rear of the garden. The owner has exclusive use of it; occasionally, he spends a weekend there during the summer.

Even in the hottest part of summer, the house is completely quiet and secluded and offers stunning views of the sea and onshore breezes. It is the perfect option for a family or group of friends who want to fully experience Argentario life. A typical day would include a leisurely breakfast, reading and sunbathing by the pool, taking a boat out for the remainder of the day at around noon, enjoying a drink in a bar in the afternoon, and returning to the house for an evening candlelit dinner.
