VILLA FEDORA

Situated between Siena and Montalcino on 600 hectares of organic vineyards and olive groves, Villa Fedora has undergone a meticulous renovation process, preserving its original features while adhering to the highest standards. Villa Fedora is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that date back to 1315. Renowned Tuscan nobility including the Guglieschi, Borghesi, and Tancredi families have owned this exquisite estate. This spectacular eight-bedroom villa (five double bedrooms and three twin rooms) can sleep up to sixteen people and features an exclusive pool and tennis court.

The home, which is surrounded by a lovely garden, has a private pool and a spacious poolside area where guests are welcome to relax with cozy sun loungers. The poolside area, with its serene ambience, is the ideal place to unwind in the midday sun with a nice book and a drink of prosecco. There are numerous locations for alfresco meals outside in addition to alfresco seating places for unwinding and mingling. A tennis court and a private spa area with a gym, sauna, and shower are also located in the three-hectare park on the property.

The main villa's ground floor is flooded with natural light and features three main rooms: a huge dining room with a large dining table, a smaller living room with a fireplace, and an elegant living room with plenty of seating. As night falls, get together with your fellow guests by the fireplace to sip on glasses of regional wine. There's also a huge, fully-equipped kitchen with a wide table on the same floor. Since the kitchen is reserved for professional use, the daily Chef service (additional, on request) is strongly recommended (please notice that the Chef is available for dinners, not accessible for lunches). A useful guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

A cozy living room and a quaint reading and TV room can be found on the first floor of the main villa, which offers a superb fusion of historical charm and contemporary comfort. There are four bedrooms on the same floor. The first room has a king-size bed, a private balcony with a view of the garden, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. With a queen-size bed and access to a shared bathroom, Room 2 is a double bedroom. A kid-friendly little single room (please note that this single room has no air conditioning) shares this bathroom. Situated on the same level, room 3 features a king-size bed, a fireplace, and a private bathroom complete with a shower and bathtub. Room 4 has an en suite shower bathroom and is designed as a twin room that can be converted into a double bedroom with a king-size bed.

Three bedrooms are located on the main villa's second story. Sharing a bathroom (with shower/bathtub) with Room 6, Room 5 is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a fireplace. The twin room in room number six can be made into a double bedroom with a king-size bed upon request. Located on the same level, room 7 features a king-size bed in a double bedroom, an office area, a fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Also located on the same floor is a laundry room.

One bedroom, a twin room with two French beds (please note that this room cannot be transformed into a double bedroom), an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a private sitting area, a TV, and a fireplace are all located on the third level, which is in the tower area. Every bedroom has air conditioning, with the exception of the child-friendly single room.
