VILLA GRACE

One of the most legendary homes in this singular and enchanted part of Italy, Villa Grace, is situated on the western banks of Lake Como and is surrounded by parkland. This stunning villa with seven bedrooms overlooks the well-known town of Bellagio from its lovely grounds. The designers from the Milanese fashion label Etro recently carried out a multi-million euro renovation on the mansion itself. One of the best Lake Como Villas, according to Vanity Fair magazine, is Villa Grace.

The interior design of Villa Grace is simply amazing. The mansion is filled with grace, flair, elegance, and beauty in every space. Villa Grace offers a plethora of facilities and features, such as a private gym with climate control and on-site spa, both housed in separate buildings; an infinity pool with a terrace overlooking Lake Como below; an amazing private lakeside terrace perfect for dinner parties; and more.
Every room has a Band & Olufesen color television, Wi-Fi, and hi-fi radio; guests get access to a chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz R for excursions to nearby eateries and tourist destinations; and there is a private wine cellar stocked with some of the best-rated wines in the world, according to Robert Parker. The on-site concierge may arrange for a wide choice of water activities and Lake Como amenities.
At Villa Grace, complimentary continental breakfast and soft drinks are provided. Villa Grace can accommodate up to fourteen guests in its six double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with two further extra beds possible). Except for one twin and one double bedroom, which share a bathroom, every bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The villa itself is a very cool building inside throughout the summer because of the cool winds that come from being right on Lake Como. Nevertheless, fans will be available for the visitors' comfort if needed. To note that the entire house has air conditioning.

One house manager, one housekeeper, one private chef, one waiter, one driver, and one gardener made up the Villa Grace's team. With a little extra expense, more employees can be simply hired.
