VILLA SEAGULL

Villa Seagull, located near Praiano and overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, is an ideal refuge in one of the most popular Amalfi Coast attractions. The villa's stunning cliff-top location, sandwiched between an endless blue sky and an azure sea, provides breathtaking views.

This wonderful property, which can sleep up to six guests (with two more guests in a double sofa bed), has three bedrooms (two double beds and one twin room) spread over two floors and provides a calm atmosphere.

The property features a pergola-shaded garden where guests may relax and enjoy the moderate Mediterranean climate.
In the garden, there is a portable BBQ. The garden, with its breathtaking sea views, is ideal for romantic dinners and stargazing. Please consider that the owners periodically cross the garden in order to access their lodgings. The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool and a poolside area complete with chairs and sun loungers.

From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. Please note that you will be sharing the pool with guests staying at the nearby villa.

The villa also boasts a 70-square-meter terrace which is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast. Please note that the terrace is occasionally crossed by the owners for reaching their accommodations.

Through a platform erected on the cliffs, you will also have direct access to the sea from the property. A 20-meter path carved out of the rocky cliff will take you there from the villa; the walkway consists of about 135 stairs. The space has an outdoor shower and cozy sun loungers, and it has a peaceful ambience. Please be aware that visitors staying at the neighboring property share access to the sea.

The first living area is on the main floor and has brilliant sea green tile flooring. The furniture is tasteful and cozy. Comfortable furniture with lots of sitting and a double couch bed that can fit two more guests are included in the furnishings. There is space for four people at the dining table. Via a French door, you may go from the living room to the terrace that overlooks the sea. There are two windows in the room that face the sea. It has a heating and cooling system installed.

Additionally, there is a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences you could require for your stay on the same floor. The kitchen table has enough space to seat six people. You may access the terrace through two French doors from the kitchen. The bathroom on the same floor offers a fully-enclosed shower. The hallway will allow you to access the restroom. The villa also has a fitness center with a treadmill, two exercise cycles, and a fitness bench.

The second living area, which is furnished with handcrafted majolica tiles in the distinctive Amalfi Coast style, is located on the upper floor. The furniture is warm and inviting, including several handmade items from regional craftspeople. There is plenty of seating in the couches and armchairs. Through a French door from the living room, you can walk out onto a little patio that overlooks the sea. The accommodation features two sizable panoramic windows that provide views of the coastline and the sea.

The villa's three bedrooms are located on the upper floor as well. From the hallway, you can get into the first bedroom. There are two beds in the bedroom. Through a French door, you may walk from the bedroom onto a balcony that overlooks the sea. There is a heating and air conditioning system installed in the double bedroom. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a completely enclosed shower.

There is a double bed in the second bedroom, which has entrance from the hallway. You may access a balcony with a view of the sea from the bedroom. This bedroom has a fully enclosed shower in its own bathroom. Two twin beds that can be pushed together upon request are located in the third bedroom. Through a French door, you may walk from the bedroom onto a balcony that overlooks the sea. The bedroom features a fully enclosed shower in the en suite bathroom.
There is a heating/air conditioning unit in each bedroom. On request that the villa can easily sleep up to six people in its three bedrooms plus an additional two people on a double couch bed that can be used for free.
