VILLA AGAVE

In the scenic hill town of Positano, Villa Agave with its large fully furnished terrace and sweeping panoramic views offers a great retreat in one of the most picturesque corners of the Amalfi Coast. The villa with its bright interiors, features elegant contemporary furnishings and can accommodate up to twelve people in six bedrooms (five doubles and one twin) spread over three floors.

With a breathtaking view of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea, this elegant villa offers large terraces where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze and a swimming pool with hydromassage, in addition the villa also has an extra heated outdoor pool for innovative antioxidant wine therapy treatments. (on request) with the active ingredients contained in wine and grapes.

The large sunny terrace around the pool, directly accessible from every floor of the villa, is equipped with a large table and chairs for twelve guests, comfortable benches, sun beds and umbrellas that offer plenty of shade on hot summer days.

On the ground floor large sunny living rooms with comfortable sofas and with access to the main terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped gym with adjacent bathroom.

The bright first floor of the villa offers two double bedrooms with a lovely private balcony equipped with table and chairs and breathtaking views of the sea and Positano. On the same floor you will find three bathrooms, one with a shower and two with a hydromassage shower, all accessible from the corridor. The first floor offers a large and airy living room with furnishings including sofa, table and chairs and access to the main terrace with the swimming pool. On the first floor you will find two fully equipped kitchens.

The ground floor houses a third double bedroom, which is accessed from the living room, and a twin bedroom which is accessed from the hallway. These two bedrooms share a terrace.

The second floor houses the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The rooms have access to a shared terrace. On this floor there is a sixth bathroom with shower and a seventh en suite bathroom with chromotherapy.

Villa Agave has air conditioning throughout the villa (except in the kitchens and bathrooms), heating and wireless internet connection, a private parking for up to four cars accessible from the main road and equipped with a private lift leading to the different levels of the property. 
Ten steps from the main road lead to the villa as well. It's one of the few villas on the Amalfi Coast that is reachable without a significant amount of stair climbing.
