The property also features a spacious outdoor dining space with a big table where visitors can spend quality time together, savoring traditional Italian cuisine, and taking advantage of the temperate Tuscan weather.A spacious paved area that was formerly the farmyard leads to a distinctive terracotta room on the ground floor. The room features stone walls, exposed beams, and arches, and the crackling of the fire in the traditional Tuscan fireplace creates a genuinely unique ambiance. In addition to a large living room with a classic Tuscan fireplace, this floor also features three fully functional kitchens that have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your vacation.A large double bedroom with an attached shower-equipped bathroom is located on the ground level. There is an accessible bathroom on the same floor that can be accessed upon request. Seven double bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms are located on the first level. Additionally, there is a cozy double bedroom with a separate shower bathroom on the same floor. The main villa's lower ground floor has a fantastic spa room with a heated Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, all in a serene setting.The cottage, which is close to the main house, has two double bedrooms, a common bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and space for up to four people.The spacious loggia, the private yard, and the direct access to the pool are what set the home apart. The cottage also has a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you might need for your visit.
