VILLA ARGENTA

With one of the most breathtaking and romantic 180-degree views of the sea, this classic two-story villa is perched on the tip of the Argentario peninsula. Completed in June 2020, the renovation included a minimalist yet cozy design with straightforward, clear lines, created by D'Alessandro & Associates architects.

A dining room with a balcony, a smaller one, and an elegant large living room are all located on the ground floor. There are also two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has a desk and sofa-equipped study area next to it. Handcrafted pottery from the Amalfi coast cover the floor. Simmons brand-new, premium mattresses are on every bed.

Original hardwood boards from South Tyrol make up the floor on the second story. The property comprises six bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is part of the master suite, which is comprised of two rooms and a king-size bed. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.
The most recent generation of Bose speakers are located in the house's main rooms, while Apple TV and Sky are available on the televisions in the master bedroom and living room. The architect Gaia Meriggioli from M.O.I. & Associates created all of the interior designs.

The fitness and wellness room, with a Turkish bath, a sauna crafted from rich and aromatic Cembrian pine wood with a huge window overlooking the garden, and a gym, has been designed with great care. Starpool, a top global manufacturer of wellness centers in upscale hotels, makes both the sauna and the Turkish bath.

There is a gaming table area in the yard with a ping pong table and a foosball table for enjoyable and carefree hours.

At last, we come across an amazing 14 x 6 m swimming pool that is perfect for swimming. The salts of life, a mixture of magnesium, potassium, and sodium that are beneficial to skin and body relaxation, are used to disinfect the pool, much like the finest thermal waters. Solid teak wood heated floors encircle the pool.
