Nine bedrooms at Villa Chianti View, which are divided between two independent houses, may accommodate up to eighteen people: six bedrooms in the Main Villa (with an additional three guests in three single beds there) and three bedrooms in the Barn.

A vast system of paths winds through the garden from Villa Chianti View, passing strawberry trees, rosemary bushes, and fragrant jasmines. These paths lead to a gorgeous infinity pool with views of the olive groves, as well as a spacious poolside area with cozy sun loungers that invite visitors to relax and take in the picturesque view. The poolside area, with its quiet environment, is an ideal site for bathing in the sun and enjoying delightful moments of leisure while reading a good book.

Main Villa:

Typical Tuscan farmhouse characteristics are mixed with a distinctive contemporary design using natural color schemes and Italian designer furniture. The Main Villa's ground level is furnished with a guest bathroom, a living area, and a fully functional kitchen that has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There are two wheelchair-accessible, light-filled suites with a cozy king-size double bed and a shower on the ground floor of the Main Villa. Additionally, one of them has a private garden.

The Main Villa's first floor houses two suites, each with a king-size bed and a tub-equipped bathroom. Additionally, there is a family suite on the mezzanine floor with a double bed and a cozy single bed. Additionally, there is a spacious family suite with a tub in the bathroom, two single beds, and a king-size bed on the same floor. The family suite is located in the farmhouse's tower and offers a stunning overview of the neighboring vineyards. The family suite, which is decorated in a modern style and conveniently located near the infinity pool, is perfect for a family with kids.

Comfort is added to each room through a mini-library of illustrated books and works of art by Florentine ceramic designer Bitossi. Each room is distinctive due to the eye-catching wall art by Simone Boni that depicts the nine neighborhoods of medieval Florence.

Barn:
The barn boasts three suites with king-size bed and bathroom with shower. The suites have a delightful private garden where guests can sit and enjoy the sunset with an excellent glass of wine. On request, the double king-size beds can be converted into comfortable twin beds.


Before gathering in the dining room to enjoy their dinner and make plans for the next few days, the guests can demonstrate their culinary prowess in the fully furnished kitchen. The large living area is the ideal setting for socializing, unwinding, and quality time with family and friends. Beneath an old mulberry tree and olive trees, the covered terrace is a great place to read al fresco in the summer or take in the expansive vista of the valley.
