Villa Pegaso is a panoramic, modern property surrounded by private woodland and set on an promontory about 300 m above sea level. This promontory ensures that the villa enjoys a marvellous micro-climate all year round and far-reaching views across the olive groves.

The villa is elegantly furnished with loving attention paid to every detail. There is an enormous open-space living room with a large glass front opening out onto the rock gardens, splendid swimming pool and surrounding woodland. There is a huge, fully-equipped kitchen and you can choose to eat your meals either in the dining room or outside in the al fresco dining area, which also has a barbecue.

All of the bedrooms have autonomous air conditioning and the four suites also have working fireplaces and luxurious bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have independent access if desired. There are three sitting rooms with smart TV and comfortable sofas. The entire villa and the pool area have Wi-Fi.

The grounds and woodland around the villa are immaculate and feature Mediterranean plants and local flowers, a perfect place for adults to relax and children to run around and let their imaginations run riot!

The whole property and surrounding area are floodlit with both soft lighting where guests gather and extra LED spotlights if required. There is video surveillance and a latest generation anti-intruder system.

The property also has a Swedish sauna with two benches.

The swimming pool is at the back of the villa and is beautifully set among rocks and trees, thus creating a wonderfully natural visual impact. There is even a bar at water level.

A very good restaurant is situated next the villa, where you can not only dine on exceptional local dishes but you can even take part in intensive haute cuisine cookery courses. The restaurant is also available for catering services and home deliveries.
