VILLA LE QUERCE

This lovely historical home has six king-size double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (five with bathtubs and one with shower), comfortably sleeping up to 12 people.

There is a heated pool with underwater lighting and a Jacuzzi located in a 1.600 square meter private garden that encircles the property. Cozy sun loungers, chaise longues, and umbrellas provide shade from the sun during the sweltering summer days in this large swimming area.
Enjoying moments of pure relaxation and tranquility with a nice book and a glass of prosecco in the company of this amazing poolside lounge area is the perfect opportunity. A sizable outdoor dining space with a grill is another feature of the garden, providing a cozy space for socializing while savoring authentic Italian cuisine and the temperate Tuscan weather.

The inside living area has an open-concept dining and sitting area that creates a private common area that is stocked with cozy sofas and two sizable tables that can seat twenty people each. Enjoy a bottle of Italian wine by the fireplace as darkness draws in, or play pool at the Italian billiard table.
There are two other living rooms: one with a gorgeous library and sofas, and another with a dining table that seats twelve people and a grand fireplace and big sofas. Additionally, the home has a huge table and a fully functional kitchen where visitors can eat under the wood ceiling. Throughout their visit, visitors have access to two kitchenettes.

The villa's bright bedrooms and excellent degree of comfort are sure to please guests. The six double bedrooms each have king-size beds and separate bathrooms (five with tubs and one with shower), all of which contribute to their sophisticated and exquisite decor. To provide the most pleasant stay possible, guests have access to one service bathroom and one additional bathroom with a shower and tub. There is a laundry room with a washing machine on the site as well.
