VILLA NAIADE

Situated on a cliff in Monte Argentario with a view of the ocean, Villa Naiade is an ideal hideaway for individuals searching for total seclusion and leisure in one of Tuscany's most well-liked areas. This modern villa's picturesque location and sleek design provide amazing views in addition to modern amenities. Luxurious in natural light, Villa Naiade can comfortably sleep up to 17 people in 9 bedrooms (divided into 7 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, and 1 single room).

Numerous terrace areas maximize the villa's ideal location with stunning views of the sea. This provides visitors with a selection of dining and seating spaces, all with stunning views. Use the spacious sofa for your al fresco aperitivo or the modest terrace of the villa for your morning coffee. In addition, the opulent home boasts an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi area, ideal for afternoon swimming and sunbathing. There's also a wooden deck for sunbathing, yoga, and meditation in a picture-perfect.

Huge windows that span the façade of the villa provide breathtaking vistas and an abundance of natural light during the day. In order to allow guests to relax within while still enjoying the breathtaking surroundings, the villa also features many sitting areas with fireplaces. The second level also features a study space for anyone who would like to work while on vacation. Bright and airy, the villa also has a fully functional kitchen that has everything you could possibly need for your stay. This opulent home is finished with a panoramic elevator from the parking lot.

There are nine bedrooms in total—seven double bedrooms, one twin room, and one single room—and seven bathrooms spread across two stories, accommodating up to fifteen people. There are five distinct suites in the villa. All of the guests can still engage with each other even though each suite in the villa has a private terrace.

Master Suite:

The living room of the master suite is open-plan and has wide windows that provide stunning views of the sea. There is a separate dining room and a distinctive fireplace in the living space. The kitchen, the study space, and the washing room are all located on the same floor. In actuality, the study area is right above the living room on a mezzanine level. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.

The ground floor Master Suite has two double bedrooms, each with a private shower-equipped bathroom, and a master bedroom with a private shower-equipped bathroom. On the upper floor, though, is the master bedroom. Please be aware that the two double bedrooms on the ground floor lack air conditioning.

Suite 1:

The Suite 1, which is on the ground floor, has a living room and a kitchen with views of the sea. In addition, this suite has a shower-only bathroom, a single room, and a double bedroom. Please be aware that the single room on this floor does not have air conditioning.

Suite 2:

The Suite 2 has a twin room, a double bedroom, and a shower-equipped bathroom. It is situated on the ground level. This apartment also has a library, a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea, and a kitchen in the middle of the space. Please be aware that the double bedroom on this floor does not have air conditioning.

Suite 3:

Situated on the upper level, Suite 3 offers a double bedroom with stunning views of the sea and a private bathroom complete with a shower.

Suite 4:

The Suite 4, which is on the top level, has a kitchen, a sitting area, and a large balcony with a view of the ocean. This suite has a shower-only bathroom and a double bedroom with lovely views of the sea.
