The accommodation is spread over four buildings: The Main Villa and 3 Depandances. The property offers various panoramic terraces and numerous shady nooks and crannies to hide with a good book, and the mature gardens are filled with sweetly scented Mediterranean flowers.
The pool terrace overlooks the south side of the island of Capri and is furnished with numerous sun loungers and parasols.
At the lower end of the park there is a large vegetable garden with fruit trees and guests are invited to help themselves with seasonal products.
The rooms of the house are furnished in a clean and traditional Capri style, which reflects the sunlight and creates an atmosphere of great comfort. Local majolica decorate the stairs and interesting works of art decorate the walls.

The main house is on two levels and can accommodate up to seven people in four bedrooms (3 double and one single with French bed) with four private bathrooms, two of which are en suite. Two of these rooms have a door onto a beautiful panoramic terrace, with a wide view of Capri and the sea. The ground floor features enchanting vaulted ceilings and offers a huge living room with beautiful French windows opening onto the terrace. The dining table comfortably seats 12 people. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with American fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and second freezer.

The First Annexe has a private, furnished, panoramic terrace and is situated on the lower floor. It has a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also the option of a single sofa bed if needed for a fifth person. There is a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The Second Annexe has a private, panoramic terrace with tables and chairs. The Annexe offers a large double bedroom and bathroom plus an extra second bathroom. There is a single sofa bed too.

The Third Annexe offers a double bedroom, two bathrooms and again, a single sofa bed.
