Villa Panzano - Torrino Apartment

The Property:

The Villa Panzano estate, a spacious, ancient Tuscan farmhouse with five distinct apartments (Colle, Limone, Vigneto, Loggiato, and Torrino), can be rented jointly or separately. It is tucked away in the heart of the Chianti region.

The farmhouse's rental apartments each include an own garden with an iron table and chairs for dining al fresco as well as a separate entrance.

One of Tuscany's most gorgeous views of the Chianti vineyards may be seen from the apartments.

The traditional and historic farmhouse has been meticulously renovated while maintaining the original Tuscan design. The tastefully selected furnishings and materials, which include classy antiques and locally made artisan items, showcase an exquisite and cozy Tuscan flair.

Originating in the Middle Ages, the little village of Panzano is located just 5 minutes' walk from the estate's main gate, and stores and restaurants are also easily accessible!

The apartment is perfectly situated for local excursions, winery visits and tastings, and visits to some of Tuscany's most well-known art towns, including Florence, Siena, Arezzo, and San Gimignano, all of which are less than an hour's drive away.

Torrino Apartment:

The oldest section of Villa Panzano is Torrino Apartment, with its imposing tower. With three storeys, the apartment has a private terrace for alfresco dining.
The ground level features a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a fireplace.
The first level features a lovely bedroom that has a bathtub and shower next to it, as well as a second, spacious bathroom that serves the upstairs master bedroom.
The tower bedroom offers stunning views of the entire valley through picture windows and is accessed by a short flight of steps.
