Villa Tosca is a typical farmhouse located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside a few km from the delightful medieval city of Lucca, offering its guests great privacy together with the possibility of being able to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany such as Pisa, the marvelous beaches of Forte dei Marmi or Bolgheri with its superb wines.

The property surrounded by olive groves and lush gardens has been recently restored maintaining its rustic character with terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings, frescoes and several small patio areas and can accommodate up to fifteen guests having eight en-suite bedrooms spread over three floors.

In the large garden in front of the villa is the swimming pool with a large area equipped with sun loungers where guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that surrounds them. The garden also features a large outdoor dining area with barbecue, in the shade of a pergola covered with roses.

With access from the garden, the ground floor of the villa offers a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating and a bright dining room characterized by beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and large windows overlooking the garden, two guest bathrooms and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need during your stay.

On the first and on the second floors of the villa takes place seven large double bedrooms with king-size beds and a comfortable bedroom with Frech bed.
