It is about a two-minute walk from the town's main Dom and has a private sea entrance, accessed by climbing 202 steps from the beach to the pool deck. Actually, all you have to do is follow the beach signs to reach the villa from the Praiano Duomo and the main Amalfi Coast road.A tiny study with a laptop available for guests to use is accessible from the entry of the house, which is through a section of the private garden (WI-FI Internet throughout). The layout of the building enables visitors to move freely from their apartments onto the expansive terraces with expansive views all around. Straight ahead from the entry study is the spacious kitchen, with two enormous hardwood dining tables that can seat twelve people each, arranged beneath oversized chandeliers. The guests can enjoy a fully furnished kitchen that includes a 6-range burner, oven, microwave, American coffee pot, and numerous other accessories. The huge, contemporary double living room with white décor, 17-foot high ceilings, and direct access to the spacious, panoramic terrace is located off the entrance study. Large white couches, a day bed, a fireplace, and various décor pieces—such as tiny vases and a silver candelabra—are all included on the terrace. There is also air conditioning in the living room.The first two bedrooms are accessible by a hallway that runs off the living area. The spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, a fireplace, and direct access to the terrace is located at the end of the hallway. During rentals, the second bedroom off of this corridor is typically unoccupied. There is access from this double bedroom to the spacious, expansive terrace. Down the hall is a spacious bathroom with a shower.A large, triple panoramic living room, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a double bedroom (available upon request) with a private bathroom (not ensuite) can be found on the second floor of the house, which is reached up two flights of stairs (a total of thirty steps) from the entrance study. All of these rooms are flooded with natural light. Large, panoramic windows in the first bedroom suite provide views of the Mediterranean and the Island of Capri. There is a separate makeup area and a shower in the spacious en suite bathroom.There is a pool table and a modest sofa in the second-floor living area.The other three bedrooms are all annexes, including the tower annex, which is situated in a tower that is more than a millennium old, the guesthouse on the pool deck, and the "beach front" apartment. The modest kitchen in the pool suite, complete with a two-range burner, refrigerator, and sink, leads to the double bedroom with a dresser. A panoramic en suite bathroom with a shower is another feature of the pool suite.The tower dependence is situated off the pool deck, with access to the tower coming up 20 steps or straight from the garden. Two stories make up the tower dependency. The entire bathroom with shower is located on the bottom floor, while the upper floor features a double bed, sofa, functional fireplace, and expansive views. Although there isn't air conditioning in the dependency, a portable unit can be borrowed upon request. The lengthy set of steps that descends from the pool deck of the villa to the beach is where you'll find the beachfront apartment.The beach condo is just 164 steps away from the pool deck; yet, the hike might well be worthwhile. Now featuring a double bed, the oceanfront apartment offers a fireplace, a charming coastal balcony, and an attached shower-only bathroom. The apartment is 38 steps above the beach, where there is a wonderful restaurant by the water and a public swimming area. In addition to ordering meal delivery from the restaurant to be sent up to the villa, guests can also rent beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.The property's 3,000 square meter gardens have a sizable, panoramic patio in front of the house that seats eight people and has a huge glass dining table with views of Positano and the Amalfi Coast. This terrace spills over onto another, more expansive terrace furnished with coffee tables, tiny sofas, and big lounge chairs. The property is covered in gardens and terraces that are adorned with a diverse range of floral and plant species. These areas include the pool deck, which features a pool shaped like a lightbulb, six chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas providing shade, and small coffee tables that are positioned between a round ceramic table and six cast-iron chairs. The tower dependence, which has a sizable terrace space to one side, is accessible from the pool deck. In addition, the villa has a massage table and a tiny gym. A sizable pizza oven and wine cellar are located at the end of the gardens behind the house.Staff housing (gardener, cook, and two cleaners) is off-site, 20 feet from the villa's main entrance. The main house and the villa staff home are connected by phone and intercom. Staff hours are determined in consultation with the client.
