Villa Carlotta, set in a beautiful garden with sweeping views of Lake Como's waters, is the ideal getaway for anyone looking for complete relaxation in one of Northern Italy's most evocative locations. This exquisite property is located in the northern portion of the village of Lezzeno and offers spectacular views of Villa del Balbianello. Villa Carlotta can sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin, and a room with a double couch bed) split across three levels.

This spectacular home features large terraces and balconies that are ideal for al fresco dining. It is surrounded by a big garden with breathtaking views of Lake Como's waters. With spacious lounge areas and cozy sun loungers for lounging and mingling, the outdoor space offers a tranquil ambiance. A lovely terrace with a sizable dining table is located outside the kitchen. Sitting on the pebbled beach in front of the property, you may enjoy direct access to the lake.

Bright and airy, the ground floor of the villa has an ample living and dining space, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and all the conveniences you could possibly need for your stay. The expansive eat-in kitchen leads out onto a gorgeous patio with a view of the lake. A spacious dining table on the patio is ideal for dining al fresco. A laundry room and a bathroom with a shower are also on the ground level, and they are close to the entrance.

An internal staircase leads to the first level, where the queen-size bed in the master bedroom with a large closet and a private balcony are located. A walk-in closet shared with a third bedroom and a twin room with a private balcony are also located on the first level. Featuring a private balcony and a queen-size bed, the third room is a light-filled double bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub on this floor.

An interior staircase takes you to the second story, where you'll find a stunning penthouse with breathtaking views of Villa Balbianello. This floor's bedroom features a writing desk, a chair, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, a clothes hanger, and a queen-sized sofa bed. There is a shower in the second-floor bathroom. Please be aware that the second-floor bathroom and bedroom have sloping timber ceilings. Please be aware that the second-floor penthouse is the only one with air conditioning.
