Villa Lucrezia can accommodate up to twelve guests (plus two), with six double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms split across two stories.

Surrounded by more than two hectares of land, the property features an outstanding infinity swimming pool and a big poolside area complete with comfortable sun loungers, encouraging guests to relax and enjoy the picturesque scenery. The area near the pool offers amazing views of the Val d'Orcia and is an ideal site for basking in the sun and relaxing with a good book and a drink of prosecco. The garden also includes various al fresco dining places under the shade of a pergola, where guests may spend personal time together while admiring the breathtaking views of the countryside. A washroom with a changing room and shower is also available near the pool.

The bottom level, accessible via the garden, features two living areas furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs that provide enough of seating: when the evening falls, gather around the modern fireplace and enjoy a glass of Brunello with your fellow guests. The bottom floor is brightly lit and includes a large dining room and a new fully equipped kitchen. Bursts of color from an eclectic mix of contemporary art contrast with the otherwise stark white walls. On the ground floor, there are two lovely double bedrooms with private gardens and en-suite bathrooms. The upper floor, accessible by a spectacular staircase, features four outstanding double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub.

Please consider that the villa can sleep 12 guests plus two additional guests in two single beds that can be added to the bedrooms based on the guests' wishes. Villa Lucrezia also has a gym equipped with current gym equipment, allowing fitness enthusiasts to maintain their workout routine without leaving the luxury of their own home.
