Villa Ginepro is a three-story home with six bedrooms and en suite bathrooms that can accommodate up to twelve people (plus two more guests). It blends modern and ancient decor.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden and features a fantastic swimming pool on a private terrace with views of the surrounding landscape. It also has a large sundeck with loungers and deckchairs for guests to relax on and take in the picturesque view. With its serene ambiance, the poolside area is the perfect place to soak up the sun and relish lovely moments of leisure while sipping prosecco and reading a nice book.
In addition, the yard has a superb al fresco eating area with a pizza oven and barbecue, allowing visitors to enjoy quality time together while admiring the unmatched views of the surrounding countryside.

Two spacious living rooms on the ground floor are equipped with cozy sofas and armchairs for plenty of seating. As night falls, gather around the fireplace to unwind and sip on a glass of Brunello with your friends. A huge dining table, a contemporary kitchen with all the conveniences you might want for your stay, and a work area with a wide desk are also located on the ground floor. Additionally, there are two cozy double bedrooms with an en suite shower bathroom on the ground level.

Three spacious double bedrooms with en suite shower facilities and picturesque views of the surroundings are located on the first floor of the home. On the lower ground floor, there's another double bedroom with an attached bathtub-style bathroom. To guarantee the most enjoyable stay, there is also a guest bathroom and a handy laundry room available on the same level.
Fitness enthusiasts may maintain their exercise routine without leaving the comforts of their own villa thanks to the outstanding gym that comes equipped with state-of-the-art equipment at the villa.

Please be aware that the villa can sleep 12 people in total, plus an additional 2 people in two single beds that can be added to the bedrooms based on guest preferences. The underfloor heating and cooling system, TV with satellite channels, hair dryers in every room, and wireless Internet connection available throughout the villa make this property ideal for even the pickiest visitors. The villa has an elevator and stairs connecting each floor, and an exterior stone stairway leads to one of the first floor bedrooms.
