Situated in the prime area of Capri, just three minutes' walk from the well -known Piazzetta di Capri— a charming piazza that is well-known all over the world—is Villa Anna, an incredibly magnificent home with a garden and pool. With two double bedrooms on the first floor and three on the second, Villa Anna boasts five bedrooms and five and a half baths.

The property is accessed by a private gate that leads to the foyer garden, where the approximately 5.5 m x 5.5 m swimming pool is located on the left side of the terrace covered in marble.
A huge dining table that seats ten people and a lovely living area are two of the villa's many exquisite features in the garden that circles the property. In the backdrop are painted ceramic tiles of Capri and a wood-burning pizza oven.

A tiny entryway serves as the house's entrance and opens into a spacious living room with two rooms, magnificent marble floors, lots of windows, and lighting.

The dining room, which has a table for eight people, is where the living room finishes. A French window leads to a shaded outside lounge area with a number of couches and chairs as well as a huge glass coffee table.

Two bedrooms with air conditioning and separate bathrooms are located behind the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a bar table with two stools for lunch are located on the ground level. The second story has a master bedroom with a tiny balcony and an annex room with a single bed, accessed via a flight of 20 stone steps. On the second story, there are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The rooftop terrace is accessible from the second story via an additional 20 steps. It features multiple seating sections with sun loungers and chairs, couches, an oval dining table that seats four, tables, and an amazing view of the Faraglioni rocks and the city of Capri. In addition, the patio has lovely furnishings, a variety of flowers, and an outdoor shower.
