VILLA CASA DEL CHIANTI

In the heart of Tuscany, Villa Casa del Chianti offers a luxurious refuge for people seeking total seclusion and leisure, surrounded by oak woodlands and vineyards. With four separate homes (the main villa, the cottage, the converted barn and the studio) that are all connected by a timeless, exquisite farm style and a flourishing garden full of roses and fruit trees, this spectacular property can host up to twentytwo guests. Four double bedrooms and two twin rooms make up the six bedrooms in the main villa; two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are found in the cottage; two double bedrooms are found in the barn; and one double bedroom is located in the studio.

The more classic Tuscan elements, such stone walls, beamed ceilings, and terracotta flooring, have all been tastefully restored in all four buildings. Excellent interior design and high-end furniture are featured. The home features multiple roomy living areas, each including warm sofas and open fireplaces, perfect for enjoying intimate talks or curling up with a favorite book. Up to sixteen people can eat in the main villa's dining area, allowing you to share wonderful meals. In addition to numerous French doors leading out into the gardens and outdoor eating spaces, there are two completely functional kitchens accessible.

The grounds are breathtaking, with perfectly manicured lawns that stretch to the enormous pool and decked area beside it. To top off your tranquil experience, there's a Turkish steam room and air-conditioned exercise facility. Visitors are welcome to stroll or ride their bikes around the nearby forests and vineyards. A magnificent Tuscan estate, Villa Casa del Chianti is literally a haven of chic tranquility. A stone path connects the four stone houses and leads to the swimming area furnished with loungers for sunbathing. There's a fully functional gym with showers and a Turkish bath a short distance from the pool.

Main Villa
The main villa's ground floor features an open-concept kitchen and dining area that combines traditional and modern design elements. This room is the true center of the house, featuring a large dining table that can seat up to sixteen people, exquisite artwork, large windows and patio doors on both ends, a spacious island, and all the newest modern conveniences. A spacious living room with two huge sofas, coffee tables, classic wooden beams, well-stocked book shelves, and a fireplace can also be found on the same floor. As night falls, get together with your fellow guests by the fireplace to sip on glasses of local wine. There is a TV room on the ground level as well.

Two further double bedrooms with direct entrance to the balcony and an en suite bathroom featuring a stand-alone bathtub and shower are also located on the ground floor. The main villa's first floor has a double bedroom with a lounge area and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with an independent shower and an attached bathroom on the same level. There are two twin rooms with an en suite shower bathroom on the first floor of the main property.

Cottage
The Cottage is a quaint stone farmhouse with a cozy vibe that is located close to the main house. The cottage's ground floor features a spacious center island for meal preparation, an open-fire place for relaxation, a modern kitchen with all the standard appliances, and a fully furnished kitchen. There's also a shower-equipped bathroom on the same floor. The cottage's upper floor comprises a twin room with direct access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, as well as a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Barn
The property also has a renovated Barn with a stone façade decorated with roses, an apartment with two master bedrooms and separate bathrooms, a parlor, and a kitchen.This charming, remodeled historic barn is perfect for a family or two couples. The beautiful lounge and kitchenette are located on the ground floor of the Barn. Two double bedrooms with en suite baths and a view of the forest are located on the first floor. There is an attached bathroom with a shower in one bedroom and a bathtub in the other.

Studio
Lo Studio is a quaint farm house with one bedroom and one bathroom that is just a stone's throw from the Villa. Floor to ceiling windows let in a plenty of light. The room opens onto a patio with walls and prickly pears all around.
