Villa Meridiana, located on a hill behind the old town of Panzano, is a 20-acre estate that includes three of Tuscany's most fashionable residences. The property is accessible via two distinct, short, gravel roads leading from town. Situated in the heart of Chianti, the estate is excellent for groups of friends or family wanting complete isolation while enjoying the calm and quiet of the countryside. The third villa was recently added, whereas the other two were built as farmhouses in the sixteenth and seventeenth century.

The villa, which is surrounded by vegetation, has been meticulously rebuilt while retaining the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan home. This house is currently for rent after four years of renovations, which were completed in 2018. The restorations required the services of a specialized architect, a construction company comprised of local artisans, and a search for one-of-a-kind materials from throughout Italy. Furthermore, by utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar and geothermal energy, the owners preserved the environment during the restoration process.

You will be able to enter the ground floor main entrance hall from the garden. Three double bedrooms with an attached shower-only bathroom are located on the ground level. There's a fantastic free-standing Jacuzzi tub in one room.

A contemporary, fully furnished kitchen with a seven-burner stove and double oven, a sizable refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an ice maker is located on the same floor. An al fresco eating room and a spacious terrace are accessible through a French door. A spacious living room, dining area, billiard room, and guest bathroom are all located on the ground level. A short set of stairs leads to the upper floor, which has four double bedrooms, each with a shower-only en suite bathroom.
