Villa Meridiana is a 20-acre estate on a hill below the historic town of Panzano, home to three of the most fashionable homes in the Tuscan countryside. There are two distinct, short, unpaved roads leading from the town that provide access to the property. With two villas that date back to the 16th and 17th centuries and a third that is a more recent addition, this estate in the heart of Chianti is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in total seclusion.

The villa has been expertly repaired while maintaining the feel of a classic Tuscan home, and it is surrounded by vegetation. This home is now for rent following a four-year refurbishment that was finished in 2018 and entailed the work of a specialized architect, a local construction business, and a search for original materials throughout Italy. Furthermore, the owners have protected the environment by using renewable energy sources including geothermal and solar energy during the restoration process.
