VILLA MURAT

Rental villa with private pool, Villa Murat is a nice property situated in Praiano, a fantastic location along the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Positano and Amalfi.

Villa Murat sleeps up to seven people in three double rooms and one single bedrooms over two floors. The upper story houses the master bedroom, another double bedroom, and another shared bathroom. The ground floor comprises a single room with an en suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a common bathroom. Every bedroom has heating and air conditioning.

Ideally suited for long, leisurely breakfasts in bed or on the furnished terrace, the first-floor master double bedroom features a small kitchen unit in the corner with a cooker, refrigerator, and coffee machine, as well as access to the top terrace. French windows in the ground floor double bedroom go out onto the main terrace. The first single bedroom includes a hydromassage shower in its en suite bathroom and is situated on two levels. There is a sofa on the lower portion and a bed and workstation on the upper level. A satellite TV system is also included in the room. The two communal bathrooms have gorgeous majolica ties.

The ground floor's large, elegant sitting room features a cross vaulted ceiling and a lovely floor tiled with the locally created majolica inlays that are characteristic of the neighborhood's homes. The dining table can easily seat six people, and there is a lovely fireplace and a quaint sitting space with satellite television. The main patio, which offers stunning views of the Li Galli islands across the water, is accessible through a set of French windows. There are tables, chairs, and a sun umbrella on the terrace.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessaries, including a four-burner electric cooker and oven, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine (bring your own filters though!) and an Italian coffee machine.

There are two spacious terraces with amazing views of the sea, as well as a sizable garden with a similar outlook. The area is equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs, and a hammock for those who enjoy poetry. There's a whirlpool area and views of the sea from the spacious swimming pool. Complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs, the paved poolside area is ready for guests.
