VILLA SYRAH

Villa Syrah is part of a collection of estates owned by one of the most illustrious Italian families and is situated in western Tuscany, near the Upper Maremma coast. This region is renowned for its Granducal history.
Situated on a gentle, isolated plot of land adjacent to Castagneto Carducci village, the estate is around 5 km from the sea and only a short drive from Donoratico town. The Pisa airport is less than an hour's drive away.

Comforts blend in seamlessly with Villa Syrah's traditional Tuscan style, which features traditional finishing and antique furnishings to give guests a true experience of Tuscany. Its breathtaking level garden that leads to a lawn and swimming area creates a charming ambiance for unwinding.

The building is spread across two levels that are connected by stairs. The front door opens onto a huge, elegant, multicolored living room that features an old library and two sofas. The dining area and the adjoining, fully furnished, staff-manned kitchen are connected by an arch. The residence has one courtesy bathroom.
A French window in the living room leads to the furnished patio; past that is the annex house, which has two single beds and a shower bath. There is a washing room in the same home, and the maid will handle this task.

There are five bedrooms with individual bathrooms on the upper floors. The floor is completed with two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and two twin bedrooms, and a master bedroom with antique furniture. Cooking and cleaning services are part of the rental price.
