VILLA CASALE

You will experience authentic rural Tuscany at Villa Casale. This six-bedroom stone villa boasts panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and is situated near Radda in Chianti, in a typical little medieval village. The villa is encircled by a medieval fortified town. Immerse yourself in the village lifestyle, where you may attend cooking classes, eat a delectable meal, sip fine wine from a glass, go on drives to nearby villages in the Chianti region, or just relax in the sun by the pool.

A covered eating area with a view of the garden and a pergola for shade are two of Villa Casale's outside features. There are lots of chaise chairs surrounding the pool with views of the undulating green hills if you're itching for some sunshine. Enjoy a peaceful evening in front of the satellite TV, or use the CD player and audio to create the ideal atmosphere.

The rooms of Villa Bottaccio include white walls, wood ceilings and doors, and classic furnishings that give the place a cozy, rustic air. The living room's sofas and chairs are grouped around a sizable fireplace, but air can flow through wide archways that divide the rooms and French doors that open to the outside. The eat-in kitchen features stone worktops and contemporary appliances including a dishwasher and mixer.

Six bedrooms total in the villa; one is located in a guest house directly across the courtyard, and the other five are in the main house. Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom has a single bed, one has a double bed, and one has two twin beds. The two remaining bedrooms, one with entrance to the yard and the other with two twin beds and a shared bathroom, are alike. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom in the guest house.

The house is conveniently located less than a quarter mile from the nearby Castello's center, making it easy for visitors to walk into town for dinner at a restaurant owned by the neighborhood Castello farm. Cooking classes are available if you'd want to have a hands-on taste of the regional food. You can also use the tennis court, which is only 200 meters from the villa, to burn off dinner. It's roughly 4 miles to the Chianti village of Radda, 25 miles to Siena, and 34 miles to Florence if you'd like to continue your exploration.
