VILLA TRAGARA

Less than five minutes separate Villa Tragara from the closest beach and the well-known Capri Piazzetta, both of which are situated amid breathtaking Mediterranean setting. The mansion in Occhio Marino, an exclusive residential area on Capri, is encircled by 7000 square meters of perfectly manicured terraced gardens.

The accommodation is spread over four buildings: The Main Villa and 3 Depandances.
Villa Tragara has multiple expansive terraces, plenty of shaded alcoves where you can curl up with a book, and mature gardens full of fragrant Mediterranean flowers. The terrace of the swimming pool, which has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, looks out over Marina Piccola.
Visitors are welcome to help themselves to the seasonal vegetables in the large vegetable garden with fruit trees located at the lower end of the property. The house's rooms are furnished in a simple, classic Capri style that lets light in and fosters a feeling of roominess and coziness. Interesting artwork adorns the walls, while the stairways are decorated with Majolica tiles from the area.

The main house 
With four bedrooms—three doubles and one single with a French bed—and four private bathrooms—two of which are en suite—the main villa can accommodate up to seven people. It is spread over two stories. There are two bedrooms with doors leading out to a beautiful panoramic balcony that offers expansive views of the sea and Capri. Enjoyable vaulted ceilings and a large living room with lovely French windows out to the patio are characteristics of the ground level. Twelve people can eat at the dining table with comfort. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, with a dishwasher, microwave, and American refrigerator. A second fridge and washing machine are located in the laundry area.

The First Annexe 
Located on the lower floor, boasts a private furnished panoramic patio. The apartment features a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. If a fifth person is required, a single couch bed is also an option. There's a fully-stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV.

The Second Annexe 
A private, panoramic patio with tables and chairs is also available at the second Annexe. The Annexe has a spacious double bedroom, an additional bathroom, and a bathroom. A solitary sofa bed is also present.

The Third Annexe
offers a double bedroom, two bathrooms and again, a single sofa bed.
